Book 1: Exotic Matter is the first in my “Children of the Moon Queen” series.   I am currently refining the final draft in search of an author’s Representative and Publisher.  If I can’t pique anyone’s interest, I will go further on my own.  Finger’s crossed.  (More information below.)

Book 2: Atlantis Rising is the second in the “Children of the Moon Queen” series.  The first rough draft has been written.  Now the real work begins.  

Book 3:  Seed of Loch Ness is outlined and in my head.

Phantom Song - "LILY"

My first version was  “Phantom of the Opera Returns,” which I wrote as a screenplay and sent out ten years ago. Now I’m rewriting it as a Graphic Sci-Fi Novel in the Cyberpunk genre.

Why? Mainly because I love the Phantom, I couldn’t leave him alone in the darkness after finally learning one of life’s hardest and most painful lessons, letting go of those we deeply love.

 

I knew he would never be allowed to live happily ever after. But as we all know, that doesn’t exist. I wanted him to find true love, the kind of love that holds on even when everything is against him. 

Lily, the beautiful blind girl who sings like an angel, is abused by the same family seeking to kill him before discovering his true identity. He doesn’t want to feel again. Who is this tiny girl too near for his comfort. 

She has to go!

World War I is coming; the Phantom builds a secret underground army of the forgotten, the starving, the invisible people. He only wants to save those he loves and his beloved Opera House. The rest can fend for themselves.

Let them come! Let the pain be over!

The Earth’s third pivot point:

  The Great Flood changes everything.

Arks saved the animals and all the imperial genetic bloodlines. The visitors agreed, “The children born of Earth must be saved at all cost.” The mystical creatures from all over the universe saved themselves, hiding within the cracks of time and space. It’s been 10,000 years, and one by one, they are revealing themselves.

            “Oren, can’t we invite people to your 13th birthday party?” his mother begged. But Oren Moon, a shy, ghostly pale boy, wanted no part of it. Being stared at by strangers was an everyday curse for him, and she wanted to invite ‘them’ to their house.

His unwanted birthday party was the least of his problems. At the 13th hour, Oren was submerged, drowning, unable to move his arms or legs in a waking dream. 

Night after night as the clock chimed the 13th hour, the Moon Queen’s moaning calls echoed inside his aching head, “Oren alka,   alka, come to me,  come.”  

Then his father’s mysterious disappearance left them homeless and adrift without funds. But still, his mother insisted, no more home school. He had to face the world. He must go to a ‘real’ school. With people! 

Oren couldn’t take much more when, out of the shadows, his long-lost grandmother decided to take charge.  Ex-CIA agent Augusta Moon, along with her crew of decommissioned operatives, promises to help find his father.  

They have no idea what’s coming— what has already awakened!

The school bus must have sounded good when adults came up with the idea.  But every bad word, bad habit, and bad apple started inside the big smelly yellow wheeled booger factory and Larry Lester was the biggest booger!
